Shipping & Returns

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We keep shipping simple:

Free local delivery is available within 6 miles of our Bethlehem, NH store for orders over $50. In-store pickup is also available at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high-volume periods. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to monitor your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note that food and consumable items (jams, chocolates, honey, soaps, candles, etc.) and earrings are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we've got you covered.
